Trey Songz*covered David Bowie's classic "Life on Mars?"*for an upcoming episode of HBO ****** Vinyl.*His version, though slightly more stylized, stays pretty close to the original, and it pairs nicely with his signature croon.

Songz was "ho**red" to be asked, he tells Complex. Bowie's recent death made it all the more important that he get it just right.*

"After learning of his passing I knew that this was a special moment in time," he says. "This cover became my personal tribute to David."
