Face-swapping has been all the rage lately. And, so has the rebooted*The X-Files. So, you k**w where this is going.

Twitter user Daniel Holland swapped David Duchovny's Agent Fox Mulder and Gillian Anderson's Agent Dana Scully. He claimed the results make them look just like a synth-pop band.

If The X-Files continues in the future, you'd think a face swapping monster would be right up their alley. And the combination of long, flowing hair and skyward cropped hair does seem to have a strong basis in '80s pop music
