This puppy looks as happy as we are that he was saved from a fire.

The*Baltimore County Fire Department*responded to a call in Parkville, Maryland, March 11 about an apartment building that caught fire. The department*quickly contained the flames so they could rescue an important member of the family: this cute puppy.

Firefighter and EMT, Walter Sanders is photographed carrying the dog out of the burning building to safety. Luckily, a member of the department was on hand to capture a few photos of the moment.
