$4.4 million, while a lot of money, isn't exactly a lot of cash for a vintage Ferrari. After all, a 1957 Scaglietti recently went for $34 million. However, $4.4 million is a lot for a Ferrari Superamerica.

You might think that General Motors or Ford would have come up with the Superamerica moniker. However, that prize goes to Ferrari. And it was bestowed on quite a machine indeed.
