At Least 37 Killed, Over 70 Injured in Ankara Blast

This is the second car bomb attack in Ankara within a month. The suicide bomb was launched next to several government buildings, including the Ministry of Justice and the ******s of Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
