A sessions court on Monday convicted and sentenced a man to five years? imprisonment for causing the deaths of two people after speeding down a **-entry road in Bandra (W). The driver, Mubin Barmare, (40) was convicted under the stringent charge of culpable homicide **t amounting to murder. Public prosecutor Mohan Sawant said that the accused was mentally unfit to drive and had used the vehicle despite the k**wledge.
