The mayor of Flint, Michigan, an**unced on Wednesday that residents won't have to pay their water bill for about a month, as the city works to credit residents for the bills they've already paid for water that was later proved to be toxic.*

The city will apply $30 million in credit to residents' bills, and customers are expected to be compensated with an average of $600. Officials have around 85,000 users on record who are expected to receive a portion of the money. The credit is essentially a reimbursement for resident water bills since Flint switched its water supply to the Flint river in 2014. Read more...
