BERLIN (Reuters) - South-eastern Europe's "Balkan route", the main passage for migrants to reach more affluent countries to the **rth, will remain closed permanently, Austria's Interior Minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner told German newspaper "Die Welt" on Thursday.
