You're about to meet the cutest salesdog ever.

Tiffany, a five-year-old Shih Tzu Cavalier cross, has been helping sell properties in Australia by being a model in photos.*

Her owner, real estate agent Tracey Ashley, has been using Tiffany in listings at Remax United Vision in Carina, Queensland.

It all started approximately two years ago, when Ashley found it difficult to purchase a property that would house Tiffany.

"I found it very hard to work out which properties were pet-friendly, or weren't," Ashley told Mashable Australia. "I thought, wouldn't it make it easier for buyers if I could put Tiffany in my properties that are pet-friendly." Read more...
