Mobile game Agar.io*is featured so prominently in Episode 9 of just-launched Season 4 that it almost seems like an advertisement. Underwood has a tense meeting with his new Republican rival, New York Gov. Will Conway (Joel Kinnaman), but the tension is broken when he asks Conway if he plays any video games.
