HC bats for open spaces, wants ‘illegal’ BJP HQ razed
 

The Bombay high court on Wednesday expressed concern over the depleting open spaces in the city and asked the Maharashtra government to consider removing structures that had been allotted to public undertakings and political parties at the Jawaharlal Nehru garden at Nariman Point.
