LONDON — Adele took some time out of her busy touring schedule ahead of her second show in Belfast to surprise a seriously ill fan on Tuesday evening.

Tracy Gibney had made Facebook and Twitter appeals to help grant her daughter Rebecca's wish to meet her idol, Adele, and say "Hello". Her 12-year-old daughter, who has been listening to the singer's albums for years, has cerebral palsy and epilepsy, the BBC reports.

Speaking to Belfast Live about Adele, Tracy said, "I am in shock, I got my baby’s dream to come true. She was so nice, she could **t have been nicer.

"Adele was sat beside her and she was talking to me and my other kid, she was so nice for wee Rebecca. I can **t put into words what it means," the Evening Standard reports. Read more...
