Ahmed el Sakka spends emergency 48 hours in Germany with his ailing daughter
 

Our prayers are with Egyptian actor Ahmed el Sakka and his little girl, whom he had to fly out to Germany for 48 hours, after she reportedly fell ill and needed expert medical attention.

The actor took a break from filming his upcoming crime thriller "30 years" to make the trip.
