His testimony will be part of a hearing titled "The Encryption Tightrope: Balancing Americans' Security and Privacy," which comes nearly two weeks after a judge ordered Apple to help the FBI bypass the lock screen on an iPhone 5C once used by a gunman in the San Bernardi** terrorist attack.
