Thane mass murders stir PETA to write to Rajnath Singh
 

The CEO of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India, Poorva Joshipura, urged Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to take steps to ensure police officials across the country take cases of cruelty to animals seriously to help prevent violence against humans.
