'Massively drunk' British stag party forces flight to divert to Berlin

LONDON — Six British men who were travelling on a Ryanair flight from Luton to Bratislava as part of a stag party were ejected from the plane for drunken behaviour Friday.

The group, which included the groom, were rowdy and violent according to reports and were kicked off the plane during an unscheduled stop in Berlin. They were detained by German police and could face fines.

The men, were aged between 25 and 28, and were part of a larger group of 12.

Eyewitness Reza Heravi said that the men were "massively drunk" before they even boarded the plane. "As we took off, they were hardly seated, they kept standing up and shouting random stuff," he said. Read more...
