BDS's anti-Israel Oscars ad shunned by prestigious Variety magazine
 

Entertainment magazine Variety recently refused to publish an advertisement placed by the extreme anti-Zionist Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), that said ?Don?t endorse Israeli apartheid.?

The ad was initially paid for by JVP, which supports the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israel. JVP claimed Monday that the magazine initially accepted payment for the ad, but then said it could **t publish it as it was, and that ?it would need to have a softer tone.?
