Cellphone firm asked to pay 25,000 to ‘harassed’ consumer
 

The Gurgaon-based manufacturing firm of a mobile company and its service centre in Navi Mumbai have been rapped by the district consumer redressal forum for deficiency in services and directed to pay a compensation of Rs 25,000 to a troubled customer whose defunct handset was neither repaired **r replaced.
