Video showing Kesha denying under oath during a 2011 deposition that Dr. Luke ever made ***ual advances toward her has surfaced, but lawyers for the "Tik Tok" singer maintain that the producer "threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family if she didn't cover up his ***ual assaults."
