BARCELONA — Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 tech**logy will let phones with the Snapdragon 820 processor recharge from 0 to 80% in about 35 minutes, but Chinese phone maker Oppo has just an**unced its own battery-charging tech**logy that blows it away.

An**unced at Mobile World Congress, Oppo claims its new Super VOOC charging tech**logy can recharge a smartphone from dead to full in only 15 minutes. How insane is that?
