City denies design error in road expansion

Citizen Abdul Rahman Al-Subhi, whose real estate has been disrupted by the road expansion, said: â??The path of the street is **t correct and there has been an engineering error. Al-Subhi called for a neutral committee to visit the site to determine the expansion path.
