President Obama will be remembered for many things, but his admiration and compassion for children is clearly the most adorable.

With the election season in full swing, the Internet decided to have a little break from the **nsense Saturday morning, using the hashtag*#ObamaAndKids*to*share photos of POTUS with a variety of youngsters throughout his presidency.

It all started when activist Michael Skolnik shared a touching photo of young child admiring the the nation's first black president. The photo was snapped by Pete Souza at a reception celebrating Black History Month.
