NEW YORK, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Global equity markets and the dollar rose on Friday to end a rocky week on an upbeat **te after Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen said the U.S. central bank was on track to raise interest rates this year and U.S. eco**mic growth was revised upward again.
