12-year-old’s baby will be given up for adoption
 

The family of the 12-year-old girl from Kalyan, who delivered a boy at Byculla?s JJ Hospital, has decided to give up the child for adoption. Justice, however, may elude the young mother as the accused, her stepfather, died in police custody in May this year due to alleged police torture.
