Petition filed in Bombay HC to challenge Marathi only auto drivers
 

A Kurla resident Saeed Malik moved the Bombay high court against the September 15 an**uncement by Transport minister Diwakar Raote to grant auto rickshaw permits henceforth to Marathi speakers.
