SOSconso. La Cour de justice de l’Union européenne vient de confirmer, dans une affaire qui met en cause KLM, son arrêt Wallentin-Hermann contre Alitalia du 22 décembre 2008, qui disait que tous les problèmes techniques ne sauraient constituer des circonstances extraordinaires.
