Bombay HC stays Rs50 Lakh cost on NSE in libel case
 

An appeal bench of the Bombay high court on Monday stayed an order that imposed costs of Rs 50 Lakh on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for having filed a frivolous defamation case against senior journalist Sucheta Dalal, Debashis Basu and their online portal Moneylife.
