She was joined by her mom, Tina Simpson, during the taping, but the mother-daughter moment wasn't exactly what got people talking. Jessica seemed . . . out of it while talking up her line of skinny jeans with HSN host Colleen Lopez, and she looked unsteady on her feet while rambling about her sister, Ashlee, sharing jeans with her husband, Evan Ross. "My sister. . . Like, she's very rock 'n' roll, but there's something about a gray that's like . . . ***y," she said, adding, "Maybe it's her and her husband, they share jeans. I have ** idea . . . I don't k**w. There's just something hot about them."

Viewers took to social media to speculate on Jessica's odd behavior, tweeting things like, "She's obviously under some kind of influence," and, "What is up with her stumbling and mumbling?!
