Chris Cornell's new album Higher Truth is just one week away, but before that Sept. 18 release date arrives, the Soundgarden frontman is going to the gallows. On Friday (Sept. 11), Cornell released his new music video for his latest single "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart," and he's translated the song's rootsy sound into a small town music video featuring a ****** of executions.
