**tice to Maharashtra over dam water release for Kumbh
 

The Bombay high court on Friday issued a **tice to Maharashtra on a PIL challenging its decision to release dam water for three shahi snans at Kumbh Mela in Nashik. The HC bench of Justices Abhay Oka and V L Achliya treating the matter with urgency sought information from the state on quantity of water being released and posted the matter for priority hearing on Monday.
