Two in California arrested for immigrant wedding fraud scheme
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A California man and his daughter were arrested on Wednesday for arranging sham marriages between U.S. citizens and Chinese nationals who paid for the nuptials in hopes of obtaining legal residency in the United States, officials said.
