Sept 8 (Reuters) - Stephen Colbert brought a mix of politics, patriotism and Hollywood glamour to his debut hosting the CBS "Late Show" on Tuesday, opening with the national anthem and bantering with George Clooney and Republican White House contender Jeb Bush.
