European Factors to Watch-Shares seen opening higher
LONDON, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 40 to 57 points higher, or up as much as 0.9 percent, Germany's DAX to gain 71 to 103 points, or as much as 1 percent, and France's CAC 40 to rise 31 to 48 points, or as much as 1.1 percent, on MOnday.
