Delhi man fights for grandpa's lost WWII glory
 

Ganga Ram's grandfather, Lahori Ram, was a regimental follower with the 6th Duke of Connaught's Own Lancers (**w 6 Lancers, Pakistan Army) and died on December 12, 1942, while the regiment was in Iraq as part of the 8th Indian Infantry Division. He's also commemorated as a war dead at the Delhi and Karachi war cemeteries.
