The Dancing With the Stars judge stepped out with her fiancé, NHL player Brooks Laich, on Sunday at the Television Academy's cocktail reception for the Emmy Award **minees for outstanding choreography in LA. Julianne, who an**unced her engagement to the Washington Capitals player on Aug. 18, showed off her gorgeous diamond ring while walking the red carpet and posing for photos.

Julianne and her brother, Derek, who were both on hand to celebrate their Emmy **minations, also goofed around for photographers before heading inside. "I couldn't be happier for them," Derek told People on the red carpet. "I knew that it was happening within the first month they were dating. It was one of those things where it was instant and that smile and glow she's had hasn't dimmed ever since she met [him]. That's a special thing."
