Nicaragua charges ex-FIFA official Rocha, seeks extradition
MANAGUA (Reuters) - Nicaragua has charged former FIFA Development ******r Julio Rocha with money laundering and embezzlement, the country's attorney general, Julia Guido, said on Monday, and is seeking his extradition.
