U.S. cites driver fatigue, unused seat belts in Tracy Morgan crash
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. transportation regulators on Tuesday cited driver fatigue, speed and unused seat belts among multiple factors behind a 2014 crash with a Wal-Mart truck that left "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan with brain injuries and killed a fellow comedian.
