Prison reforms, cybercrime among key issues tackled by Shoura

The decisions included 48 new systems on projects, amendments to certain regulations and annual performance reports of ministries, institutions and government bodies as well as international agreements and memorandums of understanding. A Shoura Council report said that 26 of the decisions concerned rules and regulations, including 21 special rules and regulations from the government, three resolutions regarding topics returned to the Shoura Council based on Article 17 and two specific proposals for a new system.
