One Toronto city councillor, possibly just looking to take the populist approach and get a few headlines for his poll numbers, told Meek Mill that he was ** longer allowed up in Toronto. Mill got word of his potential ban to the Canadian city and fired back at the Toronto government official citing his free speech.
