When country music writer Grady Smith published his 10 Best Country Albums of 2013 for Entertainment Weekly, he caught flack from commenters who claimed the list didn't include e**ugh mainstream music.

In response, Smith created a super-cut video of all the truck-riding, beer-guzzling and girl-ogling moments in this year's mainstream country music. It's a compendium of genre clichés, including its affinity for dirt roads, river banks and girls in tight jeans.

Smith writes in the description: "I hope country fans will stop settling for this derivative junk. I love a dumb party song every once in a while (including some of these!), but when they're the only flavor available, they get old very, very fast." Read more...
