Police 'role in Radicalising Sisters'

Solicitors said in a letter to MP Keith Vaz that ******rs "actively" encouraged the women to contact their brother thought to be fighting in Syria. In the letter to Mr Vaz - chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee - solicitors representing Mr Shoaib and Mr Iqbal said they were "extremely disappointed" with the way the case had been handled. They expressed "grave concerns" that ******rs from the **rth East Counter Terrorism Unit had allegedly been "actively promoting and encouraging" the three sisters to contact their brother.
