Richard met with Netanyahu on Friday to clarify what he called a ?misunderstanding? over his apparent suggestion that Orange would end a licensing deal with Israel operator Partner, following criticisms over its operations in Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories. ?We seek a genuine and secure peace with our Palestinian neighbors, but that can only be achieved through direct negotiations between the parties without preconditions.
