Ratatat An**unce New Album 'Magnifique' -- July Release Date Set
 

After nearly five years of being dormant, experimental electronic duo Ratatat are back in 2015 with some brand new music and shows. After premiering their new track "Cream On Chrome" at Coachella the NYC duo of Evan Mast and Mike Stroud have an**unced their first album in five year, Magnifique. The 14-track album will be released on July 17 via their label home XL Recordings. It will see the band return "to their core guitar-driven sound" according to a press release (via Consequence of Sound). It will also include the band's first-cover, of the song "I Will Return" by Springwater.
