That's something that Republican presidential Rand Paul had to learn the hard way. On Tuesday (April 7), the GOP candidate for Commander-in-Chief released a campaign video featuring the John Rich song "Shuttin' Down Detroit," and the uncleared song automatically got pulled from YouTube.
