Scott Disick's week-long stint in a Costa Rican rehab facility seems to have been little more than an an**ying detour on his social calender. He had **t even left the country when it was already confirmed and being promoted that Disick will be back in the house hosting this Friday, March 27, at 1 OAK, his favorite Las Vegas club. We k**w the reality star has returned to Los Angeles because he was spotted out and about with two of his kids yesterday, March 25, but that does **t mean all is well on the home front. At some point, Kourtney Kardashian was going to become serious about her baby daddy getting help, and right **w seems to be the time. Their relationship hangs by a thread after he ditched rehab.
