Martha explained that while she was at the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber (because Justin himself requested that she attend) earlier this month, she was seated right next to S**op Dogg, who "*****d for four and a half hours." She initially thought the rapper was enjoying cigars, but when she "started to feel a little woozy," she realized that it was, in fact, marijuana.
