Iraqi Finance Minister Threatens Resignation Over Budget Crisis

Zebari's threat of resignation add to rising tensions between Erbil and Baghdad, which have increased following the plummeting of oil prices that have put Baghdad's 2015 budget in jeopardy. Experts fear the failure to implement the budget could lead to the dissolution of the government.
