Over SR2 trillion invested in 6,871 industries Kingdomwide
 

https://s.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/An...2545361812.jpgMore than SR2 trillion have been invested in 6,871 industries across the Kingdom, said Commerce and Industry Minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah on Tuesday, adding that the industrial sector employs 935,000 people, mostly expats. Addressing the industrial opportunities forum in Riyadh, he emphasized Saudi Arabia?s determination to increase its industrial exports. He said the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon), which organized the forum, has been making strenuous efforts to strengthen the Kingdom?s industrial progress. Al-Rabiah said Modon was planning to develop industrial cities with integrated services including housing, hospitals and schools.
