Libyan parliament proposes appointing general Haftar as top commander - spokesman
 

BENGHAZI, Libya, Feb 25 (Reuters) - The president of Libya's elected parliament has proposed appointing army general Khalifa Haftar as top military commander, parliament's spokesman said on Wednesday.
