At one point, Patrick held Miley up while she wrapped her legs around him. The couple also showed plenty of skin, with Miley wearing a black bikini and Patrick suiting up in blue shorts that hung a few inches below his V-lines. Although this is the first time we've seen this much of Patrick's physique on one of their trips, it's far from the hot pair's first foray into PDA. Back in **vember, Miley and Patrick shared a sweet kiss at a football game, and last week, the couple kicked off their Hawaiian vacation with an adorable stroll.
